This is Swoboda Group's confidential whistleblower portal. We invite employees, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to get in touch with us - anonymously if desired.

Reports like yours are the most important factor in identifying fraud, waste and abuse. They are decisive in helping us detect and prevent ilegal or unethical acts.

Heads-up: This system may not be misused to send inaccurate information.

After sending the report:

  1. the access information to a dedicated case-mailbox will be shown to you; this is the only time the access-information is shown to anyone: write it down or download the PDF. 
  2. an automatic confirmation of receipt will be send to your case-mailbox; the Compliance department will get in touch with you within 7 days. 
  3. an internal investigation will start.  
  4. our feedback on measures planned and taken will be send to you within 3 months. 

A question of trust

We don't want to know who you are. What matters is the content of your report. 

After sending us your report, a mailbox dedicated to your case will be set up. It works and looks like an email program. There are two differences: it is encrypted - and it allows one party (you) to remain anonymous when exchanging emails with us.  Don't forget to save the mailbox's password in a safe place.

Your report will trigger an internal investigation. Investigators have been instructed to deliver precise, high-quality results quickly. Staying in touch with you speeds things up.
